Exclusively for selected marketing agencies

Exclusivity

What exclusive
delivery means

Exclusivity is a standard part of every Brightmoor delivery. This page explains exactly what that does and doesn't mean.

An opportunity that's delivered isn't sold again.

Every list is compiled exclusively for one client. The specific ad, the identified commercial trigger and the corresponding call reason are not provided to another client after delivery.

Legal clarification: a company can run multiple ads, campaigns and separate commercial opportunities. Exclusivity therefore applies to the specific ad and commercial trigger delivered, not to unlimited exclusivity over the entire company.

How exclusivity works

Unique identification per lead

Every delivered lead gets a unique, internal identifier linked to the specific ad and commercial trigger. This precisely records which opportunity has already been delivered.

How duplicates are prevented

Before a lead is delivered, we check whether the same combination of company, ad and trigger has already been provided to another client. If so, it is not delivered again.

One company, multiple opportunities

A company can run multiple ads at once, or have different commercial issues at different times. Each individual opportunity is assessed separately — exclusivity applies per delivered opportunity, not automatically to all future opportunities at that same company.

No monopoly on the company

Exclusivity at Brightmoor does not mean a client's competitors can never find or approach that company through their own channels. It means the specific opportunity Brightmoor researched is not sold again by Brightmoor.

What the client can and can't do

Internal use permitted The client may use the delivered information for their own commercial activities.
No resale The delivered information may not be resold to third parties.
No public distribution The information may not be publicly shared or published.
