The Lead Lists

Exactly what you get.
Nothing more, nothing less.

Every Brightmoor lead list is produced exclusively for one client. This page lays out exactly what a delivery contains, how we work, and the boundaries that come with it.

One anonymised sample lead

Not twenty columns of data — the core of what you receive per lead.

Decision-maker

What every lead contains

Company name and website
Sector and country
Active Meta ads
Indication of Meta ad spend
Check for active Google Ads
One concrete commercial opportunity or gap
Decision-maker's name and role
Decision-maker's phone number
Concrete call reason
Supporting evidence for the trigger

Every delivered lead includes a phone number that, according to the data sources used, belongs to the identified decision-maker. Reachability and continued accuracy cannot be guaranteed. No email address is included as a standard part of a lead.

How we compile a lead

How we find a commercial trigger

We analyse the active ads, the landing page they lead to, and the company's broader digital presence. From that we distil one concrete, substantiated opportunity or gap — not a general observation, but something specific to that company.

How we find contacts

Based on job title and company context, we identify the most likely decision-maker for the client's offer. The corresponding phone number is then looked up via available data sources and linked to the profile.

How spend categories are calculated

Based on available ad signals — such as duration, number of active ads and ad channels — an indicative spend category is assigned. This is not visibility into the company's actual advertising budget.

How Google Ads is checked

For every company we check whether active Google Ads campaigns are visible at the time of research. This is included as a simple yes/no signal with every lead.

What A+, A and B mean

Based on estimated Meta ad spend.

B
€1,000 – €10,000
Smaller, active ad budgets.
A
€10,000 – €25,000
Substantial, structural ad spend.
A+
From €25,000
Large, active ad budgets.

This is an indicative category based on available ad signals, not access to the company's actual ad account data.

Delivery and replacement policy

Delivery options

Delivery can take place via a secure client environment or as an export file, depending on the agreed approach. The dashboard is a delivery format, not the core product.

Replacement policy

Demonstrable errors in essential data can be replaced. Unreachability, changed roles or ads that stop after delivery do not automatically qualify — the analysis is based on the situation at the time of production.

What a lead is not

Not a warm lead The company has not indicated interest in advance.
No appointment guarantee We deliver preparation and a trigger — executing outreach is up to the client.
No right of resale The client may use the lead internally, but may not resell or publicly distribute it.
