The Lead Lists
Every Brightmoor lead list is produced exclusively for one client. This page lays out exactly what a delivery contains, how we work, and the boundaries that come with it.
Sample
Not twenty columns of data — the core of what you receive per lead.
Contents of every lead
Every delivered lead includes a phone number that, according to the data sources used, belongs to the identified decision-maker. Reachability and continued accuracy cannot be guaranteed. No email address is included as a standard part of a lead.
The method
We analyse the active ads, the landing page they lead to, and the company's broader digital presence. From that we distil one concrete, substantiated opportunity or gap — not a general observation, but something specific to that company.
Based on job title and company context, we identify the most likely decision-maker for the client's offer. The corresponding phone number is then looked up via available data sources and linked to the profile.
Based on available ad signals — such as duration, number of active ads and ad channels — an indicative spend category is assigned. This is not visibility into the company's actual advertising budget.
For every company we check whether active Google Ads campaigns are visible at the time of research. This is included as a simple yes/no signal with every lead.
Spend categories
Based on estimated Meta ad spend.
This is an indicative category based on available ad signals, not access to the company's actual ad account data.
Practical
Delivery can take place via a secure client environment or as an export file, depending on the agreed approach. The dashboard is a delivery format, not the core product.
Demonstrable errors in essential data can be replaced. Unreachability, changed roles or ads that stop after delivery do not automatically qualify — the analysis is based on the situation at the time of production.
