Brightmoor Software, established in the Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 92862690, attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have.
1. Two types of data
Brightmoor processes two different categories of personal data: (a) data from organisations applying to become a client via the application form, and (b) business contact data of decision-makers at companies included in a delivered lead list. Both categories are explained separately below.
2. Applicant data (Become a Customer)
When you fill in the application form on the "Become a Customer" page, we process: first name, last name, company name, website, business email address, phone number, country, type of organisation, information about your current outbound method and desired target group, and any other data you provide.
We use this data to assess your application, contact you, and — upon acceptance — organise the partnership and delivery.
3. Contact data in delivered lead lists
The core of our service consists of researching companies and identifying a decision-maker: name, role, and a phone number found. This data comes from public and professional data sources, including advertising platforms (such as the Meta Ad Library), company websites, and business contact databases. We process this data based on a legitimate interest: facilitating professional, business-to-business outreach by our clients toward other companies. Data subjects may object to this processing — see article 7.
4. Purposes of processing
We process personal data to: assess applications, produce and deliver lead lists, execute the agreement with our clients, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service.
5. Retention periods
Data from applicants who do not become clients is not retained longer than necessary to assess the application and potentially follow up. Contact data included in a delivered lead list is retained as long as its commercial relevance reasonably persists, and no longer than necessary for the purpose of processing or legal retention obligations.
6. Sharing with technical providers
We never sell personal data to third parties. To deliver our service, we use technical providers acting as processors, such as hosting parties and form services (e.g. Formspree). These parties are bound by a data processing agreement or comparable contractual safeguards.
7. International transfers
Some technical providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, in line with the GDPR.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. To do so, please contact us at info@brightmoorsoftware.nl.
